Sabroso – Give It Up
Sabroso is back on AWMusic for his fourth release with us, after Candy, Shake That and Runaway Love. He’s becoming a real fixture on the label at this point, and Give It Up feels like the work of someone who knows exactly what he wants to sound like here.
This might be his best one for us yet. Give It Up is built around a warm, bass-heavy groove that pushes into bright, soulful house territory – there’s a real late-90s/early-00s Soulfuric thing going on. And that bassline… honestly one of the best we’ve heard all year. Funky, tight, and absolutely made for a peak-time moment in the booth.
